Our new Brookside model gives the Windmaster design a horizontal orientation. Its 60-foot front porch offers a panoramic view and an expansive covered space for fun and family activities. Like all the Windmasters, the Brookside is designed to be elevated at least 10 feet, and is rated under the IBC/IRC code specifications for a 155 mph wind load at exposure "C" (elevation is measured from the base plate of the columns to the top of the finished deck; the lowest horizontal structural member is at 8' 4-3/4").
